We specialize in supplying bulk quantities of cement (Non-Trade / Project Supply) directly from manufacturers to customers for large construction projects.
3. Order Process
To place an order, customers must provide:
Cement Type (OPC / PPC / PSC)
Quantity Required
Billing Details with GST
Delivery Address
Contact Person Details
Orders will be confirmed only after:
Final rate agreement
Advance payment confirmation
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
Prices are subject to market fluctuations and availability
Quoted prices are valid for a limited time only
Advance payment (usually 30%–50%) is required to confirm orders
Remaining payment must be cleared before or at the time of dispatch (as agreed)
Payment Modes: NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / UPI
5. Delivery & Logistics
- Delivery timelines depend on location, stock availability, and logistics
- We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Transport issues
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Unloading at site is the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after dispatch
- Advance payments are non-refundable once the order is processed
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
7. Quality Assurance
- Cement is supplied directly from authorized manufacturers
- Any quality concerns must be reported immediately upon delivery
- We are not liable for improper storage or handling at the site
8. Limitation of Liability
Bulk Cement Supplier shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential losses
Delays beyond our control
Misuse or improper application of cement
